I have over 15 years of experience focused on the Turkish and UK markets in business development, real estate development, and investment. With my academic background in Urban Planning, Urban Design, and Business Administration, I specialize in strategic business development, valuation, and creating sustainable real estate solutions. My interdisciplinary approach allows me to add value through financial analysis, project management, and investment optimization while developing conceptual visions for projects.

Throughout my career, I have designed processes compliant with international standards. I have taken active responsibility in all stages of large-scale real estate projects, from land selection to concept design, feasibility analysis to sales and marketing strategies. I founded a valuation company fully compliant with Capital Markets Board regulations and provided valuation services to banks and institutional investors. Through board-level decisions, I increased portfolio profitability, minimized risks, and ensured long-term value creation.

Today, I combine my experience in Turkey's dynamic real estate environment with the institutional investment ecosystem of the UK to produce reliable solutions for investors across different geographies. Placing ESG criteria and sustainability principles at the center of my strategies, I work towards realizing projects with high energy efficiency and environmental awareness.
